The basics
Is this a store? Can I just buy a compound?
No. There is no cart, no checkout, and no price on this site — by design. This is provider-mediated telehealth: you complete a confidential intake, a licensed provider decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you, and only then can a compounding pharmacy prepare a prescription.
How do I get started?
Complete the confidential consultation request. Share your contact details, your state of residence, the compounds you're curious about, and the health context behind your interest. Submitting the intake is a request to be evaluated — not an order.
Does submitting an intake mean I'll get a prescription?
No. A consultation request is not a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your information and may determine that treatment is not appropriate for you. Deciding against treatment is a normal and expected outcome — it is part of good care, not a failure of the process.
How much does it cost?
We don't list prices here, and nothing is sold directly through this site. Because care is provider-mediated and any medication is dispensed by a pharmacy, cost is handled outside of a checkout — a provider's evaluation always comes first.

Who reviews my information?
An independent, licensed provider. Royal Empire Supply is not a pharmacy and does not itself dispense medication. The provider evaluates whether treatment is clinically appropriate; a licensed compounding pharmacy prepares anything that is prescribed.
What is a compounding pharmacy?
A licensed pharmacy that prepares a prescribed medication for an individual patient once a provider has written a prescription. Dispensing happens only downstream of a provider's decision — never as a direct sale from this site.
Is this available in my state?
Availability varies by state, because telehealth and prescribing are regulated at the state level. You'll provide your state of residence during intake so the provider can determine what, if anything, is available where you live.
